1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

By making a booking through Visit Pemuteran via website, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from our team.
• Advance booking is highly recommended for tours, accommodations, and private transfers during high season (July–September & December–January).
• A valid ID/Passport detail and phone number must be provided for insurance and logistical purposes where applicable.

2. Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth service delivery, our payment policies are as follows:

• Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% to 50% may be required to lock in reservations for private tours, accommodations, or peak-season transport.
• Balance Payment: Remaining balances can be settled upon arrival or before the trip starts in IDR (Cash) or via Bank Transfer/Online Payment Gateway as agreed.
• Prices quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include local government taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email:

• More than 48 hours prior: Full deposit refund (minus administrative or banking transfer fees).
• 24 to 48 hours prior: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours / No-Show: 100% non-refundable.

4. Weather & Natural Condition Clause

For marine activities (Dolphin Tours, Snorkeling at Menjangan Island, Diving, Boat Transfers):

• Guest safety is our absolute priority. If an activity is canceled due to severe sea conditions, high winds, or extreme weather assessed by local authorities/captains, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that specific activity.
• Dolphin Sightings: While wild dolphins in Pemuteran have a very high sighting probability, sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed as dolphins are wild animals in their natural marine environment.

5. Insurance & Personal Liability

Visit Pemuteran partners with licensed local captains, drivers, and guides who prioritize safety standards:

• Guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, emergency evacuation, luggage, and trip cancellations.
• Visit Pemuteran and its local partners are not liable for loss or damage to personal items, health issues pre-existing prior to the tour, or accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions.

6. Eco-Tourism & Local Etiquette

Pemuteran is renowned for its community-based marine conservation (Biorock Project) and pristine nature:

• Guests are required to respect coral reefs (do not step on or touch live corals while snorkeling/diving).
• Please do not throw trash into the ocean or surrounding nature.
• Respect local Balinese culture, temples, and village customs during tours.
